• Receive a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds will only be issued where an ordered product is confirmed as unavailable.

Refunds will not be issued for cancelled orders once confirmed, except where the product is unavailable.

Shipping Returns

Return requests must be approved in writing before any item is sent back.

• Customers are solely responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We are not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping.

For items valued over KSH 1,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
